Tax Planning/Help CPA Denver Wheat Ridge

Second Look Tax Services

Bakke CPA will review your tax returns for the past three years to make sure you didn’t leave any money on the table. The review process is completely free. Once we determine whether you are due an additional refund and what the amount is, you can decide whether you want to amend your tax return(s).

Entity Selection and Restructuring

The business entity type you choose has a large impact on your taxes and other liabilities. From your company's inception through its growth and development, Bakke CPA can advise you on choosing an entity type and later restructuring if advantageous. With Bakke CPA, you will always be receiving the most advantageous entity type for the functions your business performs.

20% Deduction on Business Income (Section 199a)

The 20% pass-through deduction grants an individual business owner along with some trusts and estates, a deduction equal to 20% of the taxpayer's qualified business income.

Offer in Compromise

If you are unable to pay a tax debt in full, and an installment agreement is not an option, then you may be able to take advantage of the Offer in Compromise (OIC) program. An Offer In Compromise is an agreement between you and the IRS or State that resolves your tax debt for less than the amount owed. A tax debt can be legally compromised for all types of taxes, penalties, and interest. Even payroll taxes can be compromised.
